"Cadillac of Password Security Systems"
Pros: RoboForm offers a software that is user friendly and secure in it's encryption of your passwords. You only need to enter your password and username once when initially registering with a website. After that, one click of the button and you're in.
Cons: The only negative I can come up with is that since I use Mozilla Firefox, it sometimes does not work when upgrades come out. That's not much of a negative, it's more of a communication issue between the two software companies.

Pros: Zero compatibility issues with Vista-how nice! Safe, efficient time saver for keeping & generating passwords as well as filling forms
Cons: Does not yet work with Google Chrome browser. Every update wants to install 'Ask' toolbar.
Summary: Best $30 investment you can make.

Pros: Actually helpful- you don't have to extract info from them like you are pulling out their wisdom teeth w/o anesthetic. If you at first you don't get what you're after or you are having trouble, ask again-they actually help you.
Cons: online help as a opposed to phone
