CNET Editors' review
You can reduce the time you spend filling out Web forms and logging onto subscription sites with RoboForm. The version 6 update improved usability significantly and replaced the old, clunky autofill window with a less-obtrusive toolbar. If you don't like the standard toolbar placement, you can run it at the bottom of the browser instead. That's the standard placement for Mozilla-based browsers. The program uses encryption algorithms such as Blowfish and AES to protect your data and includes a password generator. You can set up multiple identities with different credit-card numbers, passwords, and contact information. The trial limits the tab instances on each identity to three, but you can make plenty of identities.
Our favorite feature is Login, which with one click will go to a Web page, fill in a form, and submit your information. The program handles check boxes and radio buttons and supports about 20 languages. The new Search field in the toolbar makes finding and accessing any information quick, and we appreciate support for hot keys. Besides returning matching logins and other RoboForm entries, the search box will offer to search Google, Yahoo, and the Merriam-Webster Dictionary for your term. RoboForm will save active Web users a lot of time.

From Siber Systems:
RoboForm makes logging into Web sites and filling forms faster, easier, and more secure. RoboForm memorizes and securely stores each user name and password the first time you log into a site, then automatically supplies them when you return. RoboForm's powerful Logins feature eliminates the manual steps of logging into any online account. With just one click RoboForm will navigate to a Web site, enter your username and password and click the submit button for you.
Completing long registration or checkout forms is also a breeze. Simply click on your RoboForm Identity and RoboForm fills-in the entire form for you. You no longer need to remember all your passwords. You remember one Master Password, and RoboForm remembers the rest. This allows you to use stronger passwords, making your online experience more secure. RoboForm uses strong AES encryption for complete data security. Version 6.9.9 adds support for Firefox 3.0.

"I am a big fan of Roboform."
Version: RoboForm 6.9.9
Pros
Fills in forms, remembers passwords. I keep a copy on a thumb drive and my personal laptop. I can use the thumb drive to log in on other computers (hotels) and it defeats key loggers.
Cons
Really sucks with Vista and can't use it with Chrome at all. The online version is a bit wonky and you have to download a trial copy to be able to log in that way. Not good.
Summary
Love the product.

Cons

-
"Program is very user-unfriendly."
Version: RoboForm 6.9.9
Pros
I don't like anything about it.
Cons
I received an email saying that I had installed this version of RoboForm, and I did not. See Bottom-Line Summary of my experience with an older version that I tried to remove several months ago.
Summary
I removed RoboForm using my Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. However, anytime I search my hard drive for anything, RoboForm entries appear throughout my hard drive and I don't understand why. I asked for support in this regard and did not receive an explanation of why Roboform entries appeared throughout my hard drive after removing the program. I was instructed how to completely remove the program, which I had already done properly, but RoboForm entries still exist throughout my hard drive to this day. I don't dare to just delete all these entries without knowing the consequences, and besides I don't have that kind of time.

"An absolute necessity. Couldn't live without it."
Version: RoboForm 6.9.9
Pros
This program avoids the problem of key checkers stealing your passwords. It fills in the blanks so quickly that key checkers are useless
Cons
Nothing to dislike
-
"A very nice little tool."
Version: RoboForm 6.9.9
Pros
Does what it says it will do, and does it easily and well.
Cons
Limitation in free version. If I bought a license for every bit of software I use, I would need to be a millionaire...
Summary
This is an excellent form filler for most online forms you see every day.

"Simplicity itself - Easy to use Always ready 1st Class"
Version: RoboForm 6.9.9
Pros
Very easy to download and install all done in 5 minutes even on a 2GB connection. Saves your own passwords or will generate, and remember, new ones when you've finished with the dictionary.
Cons
American English. when moved from old to new machine 'Master Password' did not follow so cannot password protect logins. fine for browsing sites BUT do not use on any financial pages.

"Automate entering same data again and again"
Version: RoboForm 6.9.9
Pros
Boosts productivity many times. Just choose your wanted web with wanted data. You can have many datas for same website, for instance many username and passwords for website.
Cons
Sometimes conflicts with Firefox remembering data scheme. Needs to turn if off in Firefox to avoid unnecessary canceling.
Summary
It is for everyone who works with PC. Saving time if always good thing to do. And roboform is just that, great time saver.

"Try it and I bet you'll buy it."
Version: RoboForm 6.9.9
Pros
It works! Some commented that it doesn't work with all forms, like banks. All you need to do is set up another login. Bank of America, for example. Create one RF entry for username then second for password. In both cases just fill&submit. no problem.
Cons
Like it all. Really no cons.
Summary
Downloaded and started adding logins and passwords. Trial period expired and I would only have been able to use it for 10. I almost never pay for any software but there was no hesitation in going to RF website and paying $30 for this program. It has made it so much easier to access banking site, credit cards, retirement accounts etc etc. It's a great program.
