You can reduce the time you spend filling out Web forms and logging onto subscription sites with RoboForm. The version 6 update improved usability significantly and replaced the old, clunky autofill window with a less-obtrusive toolbar. If you don't like the standard toolbar placement, you can run it at the bottom of the browser instead. That's the standard placement for Mozilla-based browsers. The program uses encryption algorithms such as Blowfish and AES to protect your data and includes a password generator. You can set up multiple identities with different credit-card numbers, passwords, and contact information. The trial limits the tab instances on each identity to three, but you can make plenty of identities.
Our favorite feature is Login, which with one click will go to a Web page, fill in a form, and submit your information. The program handles check boxes and radio buttons and supports about 20 languages. The new Search field in the toolbar makes finding and accessing any information quick, and we appreciate support for hot keys. Besides returning matching logins and other RoboForm entries, the search box will offer to search Google, Yahoo, and the Merriam-Webster Dictionary for your term. RoboForm will save active Web users a lot of time.

Publisher's description
From Siber Systems :RoboForm makes logging into Web sites and filling forms faster, easier, and more secure. RoboForm memorizes each user name and password the first time you log into a site, then automatically supplies them when you return. All your passwords are encrypted on your computer with military-level encryption using your Master Password. So you remember one password, and RoboForm remembers the rest. This allows you to use hard-to-guess passwords for all your online accounts making your online experience more secure. Enjoy easy, one-click logins to your online accounts. Save time by completing online registration and checkout forms with one click. Version 6.8.4 improves integration with Windows Vista.

Version: RoboForm 6.8.4
Pros: I'm disabled and have the use of only my left hand and even that's very weak. When typing I can only use my index finger and occasionally my thumb. This made filling out online forms a real pain. I use dictation software that helps but it can sometimes slow my system down.
I was reluctant to try Roboform due to its $29.95 price even though it got great reviews. I finally bought it and I'm so glad I did. Registering for some online shopping sites used to take me so much time and I'd be in pain after entering all the info needed. Roboform allows you to set up different "Identities" that can include the user's address, credit card number, bank account numbers, etc. This allows the user to fill out those long registration forms w/just a few mouse clicks. Of course there are also the logins for automatically going to a website you've bookmarked and logging in. All this can be protected by user or Roboform generated passwords.
Even at $29.95 I'd recommend this app to any IE or Firefox user, especially those w/limited dexterity or other problems w/their hands.
Cons: price

"Loved Gator, But Now It's Roboform"
Pros: I'm a big Gator fan; I've been using it for years and it's always been free. Some say that there are too many pop ups but since it's been discontinued, there are NO pop ups. Plus if you download POW (full version is free) you can stop those pop ups, plus you can adjust Gator. Anyway,Good-bye Gator and hello Roboform. When I'm done with the trial, I'll have to buy it. It's just too convenient to have a program remember all my passwords.
Cons: Moving my passwords from Gator to Roboform was easy, but Roboform doesn't tell me what my passwords are. For one webpage, Roboform showed 4 logins, but I couldn't tell which was which.

Version: RoboForm 6.8.4
Pros: after using the trial version, i HAD to purchase an unlimited license...i don't think that i could live without it now. Well worth the 29.99. You can use crazy passwords using the password generator option, and u don't have to worry about remembering them! have a dif password for every log in! all you have to do it memorize one MASTER password that gives u access to all of your other log ins. The support is AWESOME as well, responding to my questions thoroughly within 30 mins...
Cons: if you use generated passwords it is very hard to remember them if u would like to use another computer other than your own to log into to something...roboform has simple solutions to this but they are pricey!

Version: RoboForm 6.8.4
Pros: I am definitely going to purchase this product after the trial period. If you have a few credit cards, bank online, read membership sites, etc. etc: it makes sense to maintain several levels of security. As of this writing, I have 21 passwords saved . And except for newspaper logins, I change my passwords OFTEN. I believe RoboForm is going to save me hours and hours.
Cons: Nada

Version: RoboForm 6.8.4
"No security at all against hackers......"
Pros: It does fill forms, somewhat.
Cons: 1. It will not enter separate billing and shipping addresses automatically, just enters whichever one you pick into both fields.
2. If you password protect all your websites it doesn't matter, RoboForm will only ask for the one initial password but then allows all the other websites free access which makes password protecting bank info a total waste of time.
