Pros
Time Warner sure knows how to stay behind the curve. Road Runner medic is a pretty good program, if it works.
Cons
makes no mention of what browser version that is required before downloading.
Summary
great product only if it will work with higher browser versions. Not sure why road runner omits to support the popular Firefox browser? As of August 2009 Road Runner Medic 5.x or 6.x does not work with IE 7, IE 8 or any version of Mozilla Firefox. This could mean that Road Runner is no longer going to support this offering in the future.
