From United Research Labs :Developers add simple but powerful face recognition using two functions: Train and Recognize. Uses neural net back propogation alogorithm with more AI tools added for imaging optimization. Library works great even for a low resolution Webcam image and requires the user to align to a mirror frame on screen. Three dimentional or random feature extraction research is under development.

"Completely garbage. Should be removed from download.com immediately!"
Pros: none, whatsoever!
Cons: This is NOT a library as the description claims... All it is, is a COMPILED, PREBUILT, UNCHANGEABLE binary example code. If you are looking for anything even REMOTELY useful to do with face recognition, DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
