Version: Replay Music 2.31
"Best program for recording streaming music"
Pros: - uses special sound driver to rip streamed music into individual, tagged music files
- very good song recognition/id tagging
- choice of various mp3 bitrates or wave (lossless)
- Can be configured to burn CD's automatically, once you hit 700 mb or 80 minutes
- Works well with most of the popular music services (as long as these don't use "fade in's" - the program needs "silence" between songs to properly split the files at the right place)
- Gives you option to have mp3's imported directly into Itunes library
Cons: - Latest update 2.3 sometimes doesn't detect my internet connection.
- Would be great if they could add album art as a new tagging feature to work with the new Ipod photo.
- No AAC, Ogg, Flac or WMA recording options

Version: Replay Music 2.31
"poor song recognition, good mp3 recording"
Pros: ReplayMusic does a good job seperating songs played over subscription services such as Yahoo Music Unlimited and recording those selections to MP3 files without using an intermediate WAV file.
Cons: Media recognition is horrid and tracks are sometimes 'lost'. I purchased this product expecting better recognition. I used it with a couple of internet radio stations and Yahoo Music Unlimited. Maybe 1 in 6 files from the radio stations were identified correctly. The subscrition service was a bit better, but mostly because my listening habits tended to be by album or by artist. Even with those advantages, song recognition was rarely above 50%.
The track editing functions were adequate, allowing the user to select multiple recorded tracks to correct artist and album, and to edit track name and number on each recorded track. Once you've finished correcting the mis-identifed tracks you can sort the mp3 files into artist and album directories.
Practically, this software is useless for radio stations becuase songs are so often mis-identified. For subscrition services it's barely adequate since you can correct the mis-identified tracks by looking at the playlists they were recorded from.
As a practical matter, the only time the program was really useful was recording a single streamed album. Adding even a 2nd album from the same artist led to so many mis-identifed tracks that significant time had to be spent correctly identifying recordings.
The program currently sells for $30, and it's a toss up to whether it's worth that or not.

Version: Replay Music 2.31
Pros: This is a great program until I had to reinstall it. Then the company couldn't find my purchase information... so no reinstall code.
Cons: I'm looking at having to track down my Visa information to prove I purchased it. As far as I can tell there is some rotating registration code and there is no way to protect yourself from this because the code I saved does not work ... and so far they won't issue another. Backup or beware.

Version: Replay Music 2.31
"Too expensive and has not much valuable features"
Pros: - iPod integration.
- Ability to record on CD.
- Can extract song information from Internet.
Cons: - The price is TOO high for the product features.
- Replay music's driver often causes compatibility problems.
- Does not support WMA,Ogg Vorbis, AAC and FLAC formats.
- Does not have any ability to edit recordings (at least simple editor would be usefull).
- Does not have many other usefull features (it is lazy to enumerate many of them).

Version: Replay Music 2.31
Pros: This is the product I had been searching for, for a long time. I wanted a simple easy to use program that could just record audio, that's what this program does.
Cons: Sometimes doesn't detect media being played.
Too Expensive, this product costs the same as Norton Antivirus and only records music!!
