From R.D.H. :This software package will allow you to create a single exe file that a client can download off your Web page. When executed it will AutoMagically connect back to you (through firewalls) and allow you to provide remote support. You now can provide support for clients you've never even met, transfer files and directories, chat with the client, reboot the remote PC with auto-reconnect, reboot the remote PC into safe mode with auto-reconnect. A customizable invoice for the session is generated automatically and emailed you and your clients, allowing for instant payment by credit card. Drawing on the remote screen and paging the remote client, are all available. The program is free for non-commercial use only. Version 1.7.1 adds some bug fixes.
Note: The Download Now link will download a small installer file to your desktop. Remain online and double-click the installer to proceed with the actual download (6.7MB).

"Says FREE and No limitations BUT....!!!"
Pros: Great Software.
Cons: Says FREE and No limitations but official website has prices????? Am I incorrect????

Version: Remote Support System 1.7.1
"This package has it all. . ."
Pros: Professial looks, easy of use, reliability, and best of all fantastic user support. I have been using this software for several months, and AFTER using it for so long I was compelled to write this review. I love this program. It has more than paid for itself since my initial purchase. Development is very active, and they actually listen to their users on their support forum. With every release it keeps getting better and better. WOW!

"Really Good Software: Best Value, Great Support"
Pros: This is really great software, I don't know what the other guy is talking about. It does what it says it does, and it has SO MANY FEATURES. I went to their forum and asked a question and got a response within 30 seconds. It's just as fast as Remote Desktop and works behind firewalls, what more could you want. They have close to a thousand members on their forum, and all of them seem very happy with the software. I'm going to use it for my business and don't regret my choice at all.
Cons: They don't advertise... I had to search to find it, they should be on the radio with this product at the very least.

Pros: Still thinking if there is something good about this software.
Cons: Too slow compared with other softwares I tried (Even MSN Messenger 8.0 has a remote assistance function for free and is faster!). Also, RSS has too many bugs. Mouse dissappear, tries to reconnect after ending a session... Even if this was freeware I wouldn't use it anymore, I'm sorry to say!.
