From R.D.H. :This software package will allow you to create a single exe file that a client can download off your Web page. When executed it will AutoMagicall connect back to you (through firewalls) and allow you to provide remote support. You now can provide support for clients you've never even met, transfer files and directories, chat with the client, reboot the remote PC with auto-reconnect, reboot the remote PC into safe mode with auto-reconnect. A customizable invoice for the session is generated automatically and emailed you and your clients, allowing for instant payment by credit card. Drawing on the remote screen and paging the remote client, are all available. The program is free for non-commercial use only. In version 1.7 RSS comes with RSS University. Teach classes, and hold online meetings by sharing your PC with up to 100 attendees. Free teleconferencing included.

Version: Remote Support System 1.7
"Its absolutely the best remote control software you can find..."
Pros: Well, to make it short I like absolutely everything about this product. The flexibility options to make profiles and run secure encrypted sessions with your clients. The new highly sophisticated RSS University, where you are able to teach and make presentations is awsome. I cant recomend it high enough if your looking for a easy and flexibile product suite that gives you most value for your time and effort.

"Exactly what I was looking for. A++"
Pros: This suite is absolutly tailor made for what I was looking for. It gives me the ability to support anyone, and now it appears that their verison 1.7 has the ability to provide online classes/meetings. I'm very impressed with this package and purchased it after a 40 minute support call using this product without a single problem. Great job, oh, and the company that sells this software couldn't be more resonsive to users. A++
