From R.D.H. :This software package will allow you to create a single exe file that a client can download off your Web page. When executed it will AutoMagicall connect back to you (through firewalls) and allow you to provide remote support. You now can provide support for clients you've never even met, transfer files and directories, chat with the client, reboot the remote PC with auto-reconnect, reboot the remote PC into safe mode with auto-reconnect. A customizable invoice for the session is generated automatically and emailed you and your clients, allowing for instant payment by credit card. Drawing on the remote screen and paging the remote client, are all available. The program is free for non-commercial use only. Version 1.6.5 adds robust auto-reconnect feature, rolling PIN security, and increases performance .

"Folks they don't come any better than this!! RSS is GREAT!!"
Pros: Rock solid remote support tool. Best I've come across, and WOW what a feature list. Have already made some dough with this tool. The RSS usergroup on their forum is fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the product. I downloaded this new version, and I don't know how they found room to improve on 1.6 but they sure did. 1.6.5 is the bomb!! YOU WON'T BE SORRY if you download this program.

"Just when it couldn't get any better... It did! This is awesome!"
Pros: This product has many more features than the compititors and contiunes to take user feedback seriously. The people that write the software are the same people that talk to you on the phone! Very professional. This works great for the beginner who is working on their relatives computer and works even better for the advanced user needing special tools to run a repair business. There are so many features to brag about and an even better HELP MENU to go with it. I highly recommend this product to ALL who are serious about what they do. If you want to follow up on the compititors false claims of spyware problems, go for it. I did the research and found out that the (reps working for) companies stating these false claims are lying and are making a last ditch effort to get $$$ from you. Do the research and you will find that this product to be the best on the market. I love it! Thank you to all who work for RDH. Finally, software that works for the technician without crippling the pocketbook! Keep up the good work.
Cons: Many advanced features that go beyond my knowledge, but that will soon change with experience.
