From R.D.H. :This software package will allow you to create a single exe file that a client can download off your Web page. When executed it will AutoMagicall connect back to you (through firewalls) and allow you to provide remote support. You now can provide support for clients you've never even met, transfer files and directories, chat with the client, reboot the remote PC with auto-reconnect, reboot the remote PC into safe mode with auto-reconnect. A customizable invoice for the session is generated automatically and emailed you and your clients, allowing for instant payment by credit card. Drawing on the remote screen and paging the remote client, are all available. The program is free for non-commercial use only. Version 1.6 adds more industry firsts to RSS.

"Very Nice Product, Really Good Support From R.D.H."
Pros: I really like this program. It does what it says and the support on their site is great!
I found out about this product from others who have been using it for a long time, and they highly recommended it saying that R.D.H's support was fantastic and that the product was solid.

"A+++! Just what I've been looking for for a long time!!"
Pros: Man!, what a program. I can't believe this product isn't more widely advertised. I thought it was one of those "too good to be true" situations, but after testing this software fully, and dealing with the company on their forum, all I can say is FIVE STARS from me!! It really is fantastic. Great price, REALLY cool features and a very clean and professional look. Why aren't these guys all over the radio advertising this as an alternative for those other guys. 8^D
After seeing some of the other reviews I can understand why this program might be causing a stir in the remote support industry, RemoteSupportSystem is very cool!
Cons: Took too long to find this product, I could have saved myself a lot of work!

"Fantastic! I've tried all the others, GREAT PROGRAM!!"
Pros: The beauty of this program is features, features, features, cost, cost, cost. There are many programs on the market, but NON can touch RSS for features and price. I really tested this program, and found that it really works well, and is VERY easy for my customers to use. I have changed the way I am going to do business now that I have this program. RSS really appeals to my inner-geek. Great support, great product, I'm very happy.
Cons: They don't advertise enough, it took me too long to find this program.
