From R.D.H. :This software package will allow you to create a single exe file that a client can download off your Web page. When executed it will automatically connect back to you (through firewalls) and allow you to provide remote support. You now can provide support for clients you've never even met, transfer files and directories, chat with the client, reboot the remote PC with auto-reconnect, reboot the remote PC into safe mode with auto-reconnect. A customizable invoice for the session is generated automatically. The program is free for non-commercial use only. New in version 1.5.1 is the ability to draw on remote client's screen, and a pager / attention bell to get their attention when needed.
Note: The Download Now link will download a small installer file to your desktop. Remain online and double-click the installer to proceed with the actual 3.2MB download.

"Just Incredible. A very well designed program suite."
Pros: I agree with all the other reviews about this outstanding product. This product has taken our company to the next level!! Program is well designed and stable, RDH's customer support is fantastic, and we just couldn't be happier with this product. Just download and try it, you be sold too I'm sure. I don't ever right reviews, but this product DESERVES AN OUTSTANDING REVIEW! Great job RDH!!!!

"ehhh... it's ok. like anything.. don't believe the hype."
Pros: have you noticed that there's this one reviewer that has to comment on EVERY version that comes out by this company?? and of course, each comment is a glowing review. seems a bit fishy, to say the least.
as for the product. ehhh... it's nothing special. the actual design of the app isn't as good as you'd expect. for example...(oops... i had to split my comments. here's my "positive" - more like neutral - point)
4. nothing to write home about... but it's good for using SOMETHING... but then again, there are available opensource remote apps that are already free. I would comment more about opensource, but i won't. the publisher would know what i'm getting at, I'm sure.
Cons: 1. WHY would I send an invoice from the client's pc side?? the app relies on an unreliable way of sending invoices. i've tried it a few times - invoices did not reliably send out.
2. WHY would i want to take notes on the client side?? i suppose to include in the invoice that's being sent on the remote client pc side?
3. the interface, altho small, is unintuitive... i suppose after you tinker with it enough times, it should be easy to use.
overall... it's decent. no major bugs. as anything... don't believe the hype. i think the features were slapped together and THEN some thot was put into it AFTER it was slapped together.

"Better and cheaper than most (if not all) remote support apps out there."
Pros: I don't know what "jackgee" was smokin' when he/she posted his/her review. Guess it's natural for any competitor to be jealous of this app. RSS is a sweet program, especially for the price. I'm a registered user, and must say it's packed with features other such companies charge a premium price for (the repeater, for one). Response time for support on RSS is also unbelievable. You can reach the developer at just about any time of the day, in the support forums, or via live chat. BTW... haven't seen any other apps like this that can reboot the machine into SAFE MODE, and THEN allow the tech to re-establish control automatically. THAT, my friends, is freakin' sweet! :-) Can't go wrong with RSS.
Cons: There are a few minor things that could be improved, and from chatting with the developer, he has noted they are on the TO-DO list. But, if you're worried... hey, download the free, fully-functional "non-commercial" version, and give it a go! You've got nothing to lose. :-]

"I think this program is fantastic"
Pros: I disagree with Jackee about this program. It fits my needs perfectly. After visiting the homepage of RSS is appears that many others are VERY happy with it as well. I have a feeling that Jackee is a compeditor and therefor putting RSS down. RSS is a great product and gets 5 stars from me!
