From R.D.H. :

This software package will allow you to create a single exe file that a client can download off your Web page. When executed it will automatically connect back to you (through firewalls) and allow you to provide remote support. You now can provide support for clients you've never even met, transfer files and directories, chat with the client, reboot the remote PC with auto-reconnect, reboot the remote PC into safe mode with auto-reconnect. An invoice for the session is generated automatically. The program is free for non-commercial use only.

Version 1.4 adds custom invoicing. You can now create your own auto-generated invoice to be mailed to yourself or directly to your clients. Online payment via credit card is now a possibility for your clients.

    Version: Remote Support System 1.4

    "Wow! Guess I can stop looking now. . ."

    Pros: Starting my own small technical support business hasn't been easy. Many things weren't going my way, UNTIL I found this peice of software. "What a perfect fit". I can support any PC in the city without having to roll a truck! With the custom toolbox, I have loaded programs for virus removal, spyware removal, and some database tools. This package JUST PLAIN ROCKS! I've rebooted remote computers several times and they just keeps on ticking. I don't know how they did it, but rebooting the remote PC into safemode is a God send. The invoice feature makes it so easy to keep track of client billing. I have even been able to edit the invoices with the new invoice templates found in the latest version. All I can say about this support suite is JUST TRY IT, and you'll stop looking.

    Cons: Slight learning curve, but documentation is good.

    "Great Support Tool, Has Features That Many Lack."

    Pros: This remote support tool is pretty darn good. It has many "thoughtful" features that other suites lack. Auto-Invoicing, session timer, pretty connection wizard, and some kicka** troubleshooting abilities. The client setup builder makes it easy to make my support exes, so I guess support for anyone on the planet is now a possibility. Good price point, considering the expense of most support tools, and they don't even allow me to change the client exes myself.

    Cons: No Mac support (but most Mac's don't need support).
