"Excellent: allows multiple users"
Pros: Fast, easy to install and run at first time - just does exactly what promises.
As a bonus side effect you can use it as remote support tool for your customers: you and your customer can see and manage the same workstation remotely.
Cons: Doesn't buy beer for me :)
