"Excellent remote software. HORRIBLE Support."

Pros
No install, excellent - fast - no overhead, wonderful software. It can't be beat.
Cons
The support to get our remaining prepurchased licenses from this company has been horrible. They have a third party group handing sales, and no answer, and returned emails from the support links, with no hope of getting what we have paid for.
Summary
Seems this company may be out of business. Based upon response, actually lack of reply, and response, they have moved on, and haven't looked back. Great software unless you need support, or have an issue.

Somewhat likely user interface. You can see that people from TWD tried to make it easier to use than VNC.
Cons
VNC free source code is used to make this software. When you enter remote session you will see exact options which you can find in any VNC program. I dont see why is this better than any FREE VNC clone?! It has the same bugs like any other VNC.
