Although not feature-rich, this application quickly scans your computer for any Registry errors. Registry Cleaner's interface is visually appealing and very easy to use. Like other Registry cleaners, it scans for common Registry errors such as ActiveX objects, invalid application paths and file types, orphaned help files, obsolete program installations, and the Start menu and start-up list. The program allows you to fix located errors but, unfortunately, the trial version is limited to fixing 20 errors. If removing an object causes a system problem, you can restore the Registry from the backups the application creates. Although features such as defragmentation and trace removal aren't included, Registry Cleaner did locate numerous errors and quickly cleaned the few files it designated. Any user can try this application, although others can provide more complete functionality.Publisher's description

Version: Registry Cleaner 4
Pros: Registry Cleaner has an easy to use interface, fast scan, and scans in nine categories. It did a full scan and found 320 invalid registry entries in my computer.
Cons: The free trial will only repair 20 invalid registry entries. I will not pay for this program to repair the other 300 invalid registry entries. Try Glary Registry Repair it is free and will repair all registry errors.

"Will find a lot of files, but what does it mean?"
Pros: This found a ton of files.
Cons: ..but, I couldn't tell which file was what, the interface isn't all that user-friendly. With my free CCleaner it puts everything in categories that are easy to understand. Regardless of the wimpy 20 file removal for free trial, I wouldn't buy this based on it's crappy organization.

"Wach out. Crash my sony vaio and wipe out my asus G1 laptop HDD"
Pros: Nothing good to say...
Sorry but i feel i need to post this long story.
Cons: I use this on both XP and Vista laptops. After cleaning I reboot my sony vaio TX (XP Pro )and find the OS to be unstable. slowly to my horror, outlook begin to fail, follow by skype and then after 2 more reboot, the widgets takes forever to load. I try to system restore but realize that even those points are gone. Try restore using their restore program and reboot. I cant log in to window. Even the log in text box is gone. Sent to sony repair centre and they say my HDD is gone. Spent USD 600 in all . Same thing happen to my Asus G1. Thank god I stop rebooting and reformat my HDD saving its life but lost all data.
IT CAN DETECH OVER 200++ registry error but how am i suppose to know which one is safe to clean. Should I go ahead all?? or what? I am no Geek squad...
All i can say is THIS IS A VERY VERY POWERFUL REGISTRY CLEANER> ITs LIKE A NUCLEAR BOMB. IT DOES WHAT IT SAY, WIPE THEM ALL OUT.
