Launching Reboot9 will choose your System 9 folder for starting up, quit any open applications and then will reboot your computer. I made this program because I was tired of the delay it took to: Open the Startup Disk control panel, select the OS 9 folder (while adding to the wait while the System looked for other valid startup locations on the hard drive), closing out the panel, saving changes and rebooting. My program is considerably faster on average, plus it can be placed in the Dock. An up-front warning: This is a serious utility that modifies aspects of your computer crucial to its operation. Misuse of this application may indeed result in temporary loss of the operational ability of your computer. Use this program only after reading the directions and if you completely understand it.
