This simple privacy application handles its main job without incident, though it can't match the level of protection provided by its more capable competitors. Real Time Cleaner's self-explanatory interface mainly consists of a number of check boxes that let you choose which areas of Internet Explorer and the Windows system you'd like to tidy up. For example, you can clear your online tracks by deleting cookies, temporary files, and typed URLs. You also can mask other PC activities by erasing the histories from such system components as the Recycle Bin and the Run menu. The ability to schedule cleaning sessions and run the program at start-up are welcome features, although such functionality is rather common for this type of utility. Unfortunately, this program can't wipe traces from any third-party applications, and the omission of a secure file shredder also is a disappointment. This application best suits Internet Explorer users seeking a quick way to get rid of their online tracks.

  "This software cleans but it deleates way too much"

  Pros: I can not suggest what is good about this product because I have spent all my time trying to recover all the files it has deleted.

  Cons: Yesterday I was looking for a software to clean my computer. Today I'm looking for a software to recover deleted files. Seems this product goes out and looks for files and directories that have been accessed in the last couple of months, and deletes them all. I'm now trying to recover over four gigabytes of files it deleted. What is realy bad, is that it not only delete the file accessed (documents, movies, pictures), it also deletes the directory they are in. I would not recomend this product to anyone.

  "Does its job ok"

  Pros: wel, this utility does its job preety good, most of all I have liked the scheduler or cleaning operations, so that i have no worries over my privacy. Also, i have appreciated the computer cleaning not only the traces of the online activity.

  "Wiped out most of my favorites"

  Summary: This program wiped out a substantial portion of my bookmarks (favorites), never to be seen again. They are NOT in the recycyle bin either. I'm somewhat annoyed!
