Based on Myung-Jin Lee's fantasy comic series, 'Ragnarok', Ragnarok is an MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) that creates a world of fantasy and adventure which is derived from the story. Emphasizing the special characteristics of each job, characters have many skills and effects. They call for grouping with other characters and thus encourage players to get involved with the community. The link with the original 'Ragnarok' series allows gamers to experience the best of the scenario. With upgraded 2D and 3D graphics and technology from 'Arcturus', along with the variety of music by TeMP, the game attracts and invites many players into the world of Rune-Midgard with beautiful scenery and music. Ragnarok Online allows most features to be controlled by a mouse. The gamer can easily customize the interface allowing players the maximum potential to play. Using AEGIS, Gravity has set up individual servers creating a series of zone servers that connect the vast world of maps and people. Because of this, many users are able to come online together and experience the world of Midgard that is Ragnarok Online.

Ragnarok in an awesome online MMRPG. The characters are many and they have some of the cutest gears you can add to your character! Go from being a small, child like 'novice' to a zombie killing priest. You'll make tons of friends and have a good time.

basically it's free and pretty fun. Lots of people that are willing to help noobs too.

it's a trail right? Just search on google for another server. It might be kinda hard to read japenese and stuff but its worth it. Once you find a private server, download it, install language pakages, and other stuff, and now it's free! Some private servers are even easier to lvl up! (i hate lvling up in Ragnarok Online compared to other servers)

There are plenty of free Ragnarok Online servers out there just waiting for more players and more support; if you go sign up for one, you can play this game completely free. Careful, though; some servers don't have all the newest stuff, so make sure you find a good one. Why can they do this? The game's server software is pretty much open source; it's just like running a dedicated server for any other game, except Ragnarok Online has a lot more free servers because it's so easy to set up. :)
Cons
There are cons to a free, awesome MMO? I think not, and should you persist that there are, you shall be hunted down and aggro'd.
