This RSS reader brings the latest headlines directly to your browser, but it fails Internet Explorer users. To access RSS Toolbar RSS Headline Toolbar, you'll need to register with an e-mail address and password. Some testers found they couldn't get past the New Users link in IE, but it worked fine in Firefox.
The configuration page comes preloaded with RSS feeds, but you can easily delete those you don't want. You also can quickly add your own feeds by copying and pasting the URL into the text box. It's a simple process to choose the number of feeds to display per page, but we couldn't get the feature to automatically scroll feeds after a select amount of time to work.
The toolbar features two drop-down menus--one to select a feed and the other to choose a specific headline. A nondescript button to the right of the menus takes you directly to the corresponding Web page. However, it just opens in your current window instead of launching the story in a new window, and you can't alter this default setting. Firefox users may appreciate this freeware reader toolbar, but IE users should look for a toolbar that will definitely work with their chosen browser.

"Quite good and useful application. Help a lot."
Pros: I like RSS Headline toolbar. It's quite easy to use and very flexible. I able to use it on any computer over the world (not only my personal) - installs in less than 1 minute. Thank you!
Cons: Do not need their default feeds. However, not a big problem to delete them.
