THERE ARE NO PROS FOR THIS COMPANY!
Cons
The customer service with this company is absolutely terrible! After purchasing their converter for Mac, they send me a link for Windows. I made numerous attempts to resolve the issue. It would take 3 to 4 days for any response, and then - it was the same resolution as before, another key code. They ignored my repeated requests, including a request for a refund. I WILL NEVER CONSIDER ANYTHING THIS COMPANY OFFERS, EVER!
Summary
Regardless of the product, the customer service is NOT worth the effort.
