Version: RAM Saver Pro 6
Pros: I thought this software worked pretty nice. Put on the optimization setting, and when your available RAM dips, thios baby will pause for a brief few seconds and defrag some back for better use. In no way did it slow down my Athlon Tbird. Me thinks some folks are interpreting the defrag moment for slow downs. Don't - any RAMer is going to have to do this.
Cons: 21 days to learn all the Bells and whistles on this baby wasn't long enough. You want to get used to a program in increments as you learn how it works and how you procede. Who wants to install and then have to dedicate major time over the course of a few weeks to learn something that will be controlling your RAM for years? I would suggest 30 days at LEAST!
