This too simple RAM recovery tool lacks the power needed for the job. RAM Restore features a dual interface with a DOS version and a Windows manager. The former uses a simple command to immediately defragment memory and lacks any options. The command failed to recover significant memory in our tests.

The Windows version of RAM Restore has a promising, but simple, interface. Current physical and virtual memory numbers are listed along with a simple bar displaying percentage of memory used. The program's simple options also are listed, making this one of the easiest to set RAM recovery programs we've seen. It takes just a second to set it to automatically free memory if it falls below a certain percentage. Clicking a single button also will optimize memory immediately. The problem is that RAM Restore failed to recover memory for us in this version.

There are multitudes of RAM recovery tools on the market and this one offers no options to distinguish it from the pack. Combine that with a too timid recovery method and we can't find any reason to recommend RAM Restore to users of any experience level. We don't think you would need the demo's full 14-day trial to come to the same conclusion.
