The application irretrievably deletes private records of your online and offline activities, such as temporary internet files, history, cookies, autocomplete forms and passwords, swap files, recently opened documents list, Explorer MRUs, temporary files, and free-up-your-disk space. The utility wipes files and unused disk space using either fast- or secure-erase algorithms. All files and folders may be combined in wipe lists to erase them in a single procedure. Supports both the FAT and NTFS file systems. All separate wiping and cleaning tasks can be combined in one or more erasing procedures launched immediately or at predefined times or events as a background task. Version 5.0 added about 40 new titles in the list of the supported traced applications; also features customize dialog, system integration option, and other enhancements.

Pros: none
Cons: it compltely screwed up my memory.Befor i installed it i had 60% of free space on my computer(19gb) and then i started the wipe&clean program.......once it finished i had 0% free space(200mb). i unistalled it and did a system recovery-back to 5 days ago, but it didnt do anything! now im stuck with 200mb of free space on my computer!

"R-Wipe & Clean is a good option"
Pros: Every time you go online, you load a bunch of junk on your hard drive. The culprits are temporary Internet files and cookies, items that Web sites place on your hard drive to enhance your interaction and speed up reloading the pages you revisit. If your hard drive is getting clogged up, you need the help of a file-cleaning program. R-Wipe & Clean is a good option for anyone who has never used a file-cleaning program. It sports an easy-to-navigate interface; if you are comfortable clicking your way around Windows Explorer, then you will handle R-Wipe with no problems. In fact, you can use R-Wipe without opening the program. Just right-click an item you want to delete and choose Delete And Wipe! from the pop-up menu.

Pros: I have found this tool to be very helpful. There are five file-wiping methods, which remove files beyond recovery. By default, the TreeView menu lists such commonly targeted cleaning spots as cookies, temporary files, and files in the Recycle Bin, plus less-common items, such as invalid Desktop shortcuts. I can also clean up unused space on my drives and Wipe Lists. I am able to clean these lists manually or schedule a Wipe List as part of a larger task that will run at intervals (from hourly to monthly) and at scheduled times (at startup, for instance). TreeView gives me a good idea of just how much junk I can accumulate over time. It is a good tool.

Pros: I can easily use R-Wipe and Clean clean my computer of many traces and links of Internet activity. This software will clear Internet Exporer history so that there is nothing obvious that someone else can see. In many cases, even when you forcibly overwrite the data you just erased, it can be recovered. The only surefire way of making sure the data on a hard drive cannot be read is to incinerate it. R-Wipe and Clean is a program that specializes in this. It permanently eliminates all data from a hard drive.To wipe disks or files I could select one of five wiping algorithms with a single, triple, seven or thirty-five overwrite passes. The wiping algorithm I choose depends on security needs. It is an efficient software tool. I would recommend R-Wipe and Clean
