Version: Quivic 3.97

"Dissapointed"

Cons: Everything worked fine at first. Purchase procedure worked, code resulted in fully downloadable videos that I was able to save and view. Then aft about a week the software reverted back to the ten second freeze that it had before I purchased it. Not only did any new videos freeze after ten seconds the one I had already downloaded froze after ten seconds as well. A request to their support system on their web page had no responses. $20 easy come easy gone.
