(From AKS-Labs ):QuickWiper is a simple file wipe utility. You can delete files from your hard disk. Note that files deleted with simple Windows deletion can be easily recovered so anybody can open, read, or copy them. QuickWiper deletes files completely. All the contents will be overwritten with random characters. Even if somebody recovers wiped files with some standard file-recovery tools, the file will be unreadable. Simple right-clicking and selecting QuickWiper will run the deletion. Command-line support is featured. To use QuickWiper automatically, just specify autorun parameters and it will take care of deleting. You can wipe by mask or single files within a folder. You can hide QuickWiper while deleting so nobody will be able to see it. You can close QuickWiper automatically.
This version features an NSA-approved erasure method, a "Send to Recycle Bin" option, and clears IE cache, cookies, history, pictures, typed URLs, and recently accessed files.
