  "Free and easy remote support of another desktop"

  Pros: Easy to setup, works well. Software only required on host computer. Then VNC can be pushed client computer, enabling full control of client Desktop. Client does nothing except tell you thier IP address, user name and password to allow you access. Excellent for remote support on the cheap

  Cons: Firewalls need to be turned off or have thier rules edited to allow remote access.
