Pros
It solved my spooler problem immediately. I wasted hours on dozens of other remedies that I found on the Internet. The only negative reviews that I saw here were the people that did not want to spend the $39.95. If you want to get back to using your printer, this works. I have never written a review on the Internet before, but after so much frustration with the other "spooler fixes" that I tried, I wanted to let others know that my $39.95 was well spent.
Cons
The only con was that I didn't find this option sooner.

After downloading and installing I find out they want $40 from me. So, after that waste of time, I try to uninstall and find out my web filter blocks the uninstall site for having SPYWARE!! I'd be very wary of this app!!!

After wasting the better part of the morning trying to fix this problem, had it fixed within 5 minutes with this program. Well worth it. Looks like my computer got a virus that corrupted the file and didn't feel like messing around with the registry myself so let this program do the work.

It works. Can't complain about that. After wasting many hours trying to solve this other ways, this took like 5 minutes.
Cons
A bit pricey at $40, but it comes with lifetime support, so I can't complain too much. Worth $40 as opposed to backing up all my data and doing a system restore (been there, done that).
