From Stratopoint Software :PrintFolders can save a list of files and folders in a plain-text (TXT) or HTML file. You can catalog your MP3 files, photos, and software with a single click of the mouse. PrintFolders offers three customizable output formats: HTML, plain text, and unformatted plain text. It has full support for ID3 tags and numerous customization options, and the interface is plain and well organized. Version 2.2 adds the Include 4DOS Descriptions option and the new Advanced Options dialog (many rare options were transferred there), and minor fixes and changes.

"Great! Does the job very well and formats are easily transported into Excel."
Pros: The html format is awesome. Creation of links makes easy to navigate to the files once in a matrix.
Cons: The snag screen is a bit blah.. but worth it.

Summary: Quickly scans a folder and lists all the subfolders and/or files within it. Saves as a .txt file. Couldn't be much easier than this!
