PowerArchiver natively supports ZIP, 7-Zip, CAB, LHA (LZH), TAR, TAR.GZ, TAR.BZ2, BH, RAR, ARJ, ARC, ACE, ZOO, GZ, BZIP2, XXE, MIME, UUE, and YENC file formats plus ISO, BIN and NRG disc images, with compression profiles that store frequently used settings. PowerArchiver creates and works with unlimited-size ZIP archives and features enhanced 7-Zip support to offer the highest compression ratios. Encrypt your archives using five methods, including 256-bit AES, and store your frequently used passwords. "Good looking, modern utility."
Pros: If I didn't already own "WinRAR" this is the application I would have went with. It has a great, customizable, user friendly GUI. It's versatile in that it's compatible with every compression format a home user will ever use, including RAR files. It's compatible with "XP" and "Vista' and sells for $10.00 cheaper then "WinZip' and "WinRAR". It is solid at both compressing and decompressing files and is reasonably fast.
Cons: I have no real cons to offer about this application.

"The most modern archiving utility ever!"
Pros: Its skins are great plus one of them is the same as MS office 2007!! Unlike WinZip or WinRAR this doesnt look windows 95-ie! I love it becouse its modern,supports loads of archives(including rpm)and runs on less recources than others! i would give it a 100 if i could!

"Power Aechiver 2007 is the best"
Pros: The themes and the functions of Power Archiver 2007 and maybe the speed. Its fast sometimes and slow other times.
Cons: Have to buy.
