I'm pissed I wasted my time installing this software. I just needed to convert a single AMR file and thought it would be no problem. The software only lets you convert 50 percent, and constantly reminds you of the limitations of using the software. If you are looking for a USABLE trialware software for audio converting, this software is NOT for you!!

I am a songwriter in Nashville.
Everything I convert to MP3 format MUST be top quality, or my songs get tossed without a listen by publishers and A&R reps.
I purchased this product to be able to convert in and out of the AMR format, but I now use it for all of my WAV to MP3 conversions.
WHY would I give this FIVE stars?
Because, it is the "WINAMP" of converters.
Pros have always preferred WINAMP as a player because of it's simplicity of use and the lack of pressure to join an online purchasing service (as RealPlayer, MediaPlayer, QuickTime, MusicMatch (now Yahoo) and others all try to do.
I prefer this software because the purchase price is reasonable for a professional expense, I am quickly informed of all updates by CNET and receive the new versions free of charge, and...simply...the software does what I want it to do without a glitch
Cons
There is NOTHING I don't like about this software.
If someone has a problem with it, I suggest that another program may be causing the conflict, or the user may be attempting to do something outside of the scope of the software.

I purchased the full version so I would have use of the complete program... WRONG!!! They sent me the wrong code and refused to acknowledge any of my emails to correct the issue. Matter of fact, customer service has yet to contact me after 4 weeks, tech support has not contacted me to correct the matter. This is a sham product if you pay for the full version.
MY ADVISE: USE THE FREE VERSION ONLY, NEVER PURCHASE ANY PART OF THIS SOFTWARE, AND FIND ANOTHER SOFTWARE PROVIDER FOR MUSIC OR VIDEO CONVERSION. When I email the company 4 time they still did not contact me about a support problem. I ultimately requested a refund and they ignored that request also.
After 4 weeks of trying to use this product with no results it is not worth the time it takes to down load money they charge. BUYERS BEWARE> NO SUPPORT.

I found the software easy to install and even easier to use. It is very reasonably priced for what it delivers. In my case, I was in a bind to convert a client's DSS/WAV file to MP3 and deliver CD copies of his speech overnight. This software product pulled me through in a snap!
