"Products alright but.....BUT!!!"
Version: Pop-Up Stopper Basic 2.40.1000
Summary
I just sent the following letter to POP-UP STOPPER customer service: Let me get this straight...I go to a store, I PAY for a product which I load onto my computer. I am only running a firewall set on the computer and your product won't register. THEN YOU DISABLE THE PRODUCT THAT I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR????? I don't @#$%$#@ think so. I believe that it is my business whether or not I choose to register something that I have paid for. So I go online and click on the sentence that said " I have bought the product and can't register...click here" I do everything it said to do and all it asked for was my e-mail adress. Nothing else and when I did a registration # search your site could not find any record of me. So here is my solution. I dump your product, I take the CD out to the driveway and back over it a few dozen times, I copy and paste a copy of this letter onto CNet and then I go and find some other company. See ya. And their registration notice that said only " so many" days to register? Well it jumps a day every day. Yesterday it was 3 days, this morning it was 2 days and this evening it was one day and now it has been disabled.
