The PolderbitS Sound Recorder and Editor helps you to transfer tapes, LPs, video, live performances, Internet radio, TV, DVD, or any other sound source quickly and easily to your hard drive. This download is fully functional and has no limitations on recording time length.

The software helps protect your valuable recordings and is easy to use--just set the sound source, the recording quality, and volume then start recording. The Editor automatically splits your wave recording into multiple tracks, and you can trim the start and end of each track or use fade-in and fade-out functions. You can save recordings in WAV or MPEG (MP3) media formats, then use your standard CD burner software to burn your recordings to CD. This new 3.0 version includes a built-in MP3 and mp3PRO codec (no external codec required) and DVD/SACD recording quality (48 kHz). mp3PRO delivers improved compression and enhanced sound quality when played back on an mp3PRO device.
