"This is an excellent Tunes software"

Pros: I like the skin that it came with. It looks really good on my Palm. Like the way the artist are displayed in a flash moving banner.

"Normsoft Customer Service stinks"

Cons: Bad customer service from this company. If you weren't aware, you still have to subscribe to an online service (like Rhapsody) to download music. Buy an iPod instead, it's easier.
