Version: Pocket Tunes 4.0.2
"It's a good alternative for those who want to hear music on their phone."
Pros: It was easy to use, the sound was adequate.
Cons: I did not like the fact that I could not hear music with earpiece only. It did not allow you to listen quietly without others hearing the music as well.

Version: Pocket Tunes 4.0.2
"Horrible Product - Customer Service Nightmare"
Cons: Pocket Tunes worked for about 2 weeks, then suddenly crashed. At that point, the product would not work with Rhapsody, but I worked with their customer service department for over a month to attempt to fix the issue. They sent me a number of emails, asking me to change this setting, or move this file, software to download and detailed instructions to log the issues I was having. What NormSoft wanted me to do was extremely complicated and took too much time on my part. When I exhausted my patience with this product and the lousy, try-this-try-that help desk, I requested a full refund. They pointed directly to their 30-day refund period -- which I had wasted in their never-ending troubleshuffling loop. The worst product I've ever downloaded and purchased. Completely worthless.
