Version: Pocket Tunes 3.1.3
Pros: i've used versions 1 thru 3 on my palm tungsten T with little or no problem. when i upgraded to version 3.0, i chose the deluxe version so i got free upgrades.
Cons: when i upgraded to 3.1.3, following an email notice, it removed my registration number. i contacted normsoft, who requested i send them email addresses i might have used in the past couple of years since the last upgrade, along with phone numbers and addresses. First they couldn't find me...then, after a "manual" check of their "databases" they found where i originally bought the program, and some possibles that might be me. turned out not to be me. then they thought maybe i bought it from a third party(?)...after numerous email exchanges, i just gave up and downloaded realplayer for the palm. money lost...too much time wasted...lesson learned.
