From Coding Workshop :

Convert personal dvd recordings and other video file formats to play on most makes and models of handheld device, including Pocket PC, Palm, iPod Video, PlayStation Portable (PSP), Smartphone, Gizmondo, Epson, Archos, Zune and Portable Media Center. This software is not designed to back up commercial DVDs and will only work with personal DVD recordings and video files (eg DivX files).

Version 4.8 adds code to block conversion of protected DVDs where possible.
