"Program crashes when burning 1 1/2 + hour movie"
Cons: The program states to be able to burn a dvd from video 3+ hours, I'm trying to burn an AVI thats 1 hr 30 minutes, after a while, the program crashes (after it starts burning the DVD) " DVD Creator MFC Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry or the inconvenience."

Also, when I get the prompt that the error information will be writen to a filed called "c7fa_appcompat.txt" the document doesn't exist in the temp folder when I search for it.
So, I send an email to their 'tech support', and get this technical response:
"hello!
so sorry for that!
we will testing this program today and then give you a new updated verison.

Plato Global Greativity"
After a few weeks of waiting, I sent a follow up email, and no response since. I don't like being blown off, I'm filing with the Better Business Bureau on this lousy customer service and refund.
I was a fool for sending them money for this piece of garbage before checking it first, now I'm trying to get a refund. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS PROGRAM!!
