"Program Full Of Problems With No Support!"
Pros: Simple to use even though it doesn't work.
Cons: Take warning! After loading a ton of additional software (3 additional computer video players, etc.. that they say you need to operate this program and you don't want or need)that is required for this turkey to work, it still did not work (not even the viewer) and caused my computer to freeze every time I used it. Support, (to ask for refund) is another series of problems). If you check beforehand, after you read about their glowing "Money-Back" guarantee (with all of the conditions)you will notice that there is no telephone number to contact for support or for a refund request. This should be a warning to you! After 4 emails over 4 days asking for help and eventually for a refund, I never received an answer. Be careful putting your credit card number into this one!
