PictureSpy is a utility which allows you to encode and decode messages into pictures. The technique of encoding messages in pictures is called Steganography. The message is coded into a picture, which can be sent via e-mail, uploaded, and so on, and then decoded by the recipient. It's easy to use and you can't tell the difference between the original and the encoded pictures. It comes with a test picture, too. The saved files are PNG files, a lossless format similar to gif.
What's new in this version: Now prompts for a password before each decryption, and decryption. Before you could encrypt and decrypt messages in pictures. I added the ability to encrypt/decrypt files into pictures. For instance you could embed important documents into pictures and later decrypt the embeded documents onto your desktop.
