From Acubix :PicoZip is an easy-to-use file compression utility. It features extensive support for various archive formats. It can create archives in seven different formats (BH, CAB, GZip, JAR, LHA, LZH, TAR, ZIP), extract files from 15 different archive formats (ACE, ARC, ARJ, BH, CAB, GZ, JAR, LHA, LZH, RAR, TAR, TGZ, Z, ZIP, ZOO), and create self-extracting archives in eight different formats (ACE, ARJ, BH, JAR, LHA, LZH, RAR, ZIP). No other third-party software is required. PicoZip comes with a backup feature that automates most of the backup tasks for you, full Windows integration, and more.
This version has a brand new look and adds many new features and performance improvements such as added Windows XP theme support, the ability to re-arrange the order of the buttons on the toolbar, support for WinZip compatible AES encryption of ZIP files, improved the speed of opening extremely large archive files, and fixed some issues with archives that spanned disks.

Version: PicoZip 3.0
Pros: I've always used a PicoZip trial, I find WinZip annoying because it can only unzip ZIP archives. PicoZip extends the meaning of Zip, I recommend PicoZip.
Cons: Well, every time you set the QuickStart tray icon to go away and not come back, it comes back again!
