Photozig Albums Express offers a step-by-step process so you can design your project from start to finish.
Big button icons with descriptions make it easy to start your project and select the preferred output for your images including sending in e-mail, burning to a CD, or uploading to a Web site. The finished product is a basic layout of thumbnails that you can click to enlarge, but you'll have no skins to choose from with this one. Still, Photozig sports three configurations for beginners, intermediates, and advanced users, keeping it simple until you know what you're doing. Photozig also supports basic editing features such as red-eye removal, EXIF data importing, and slide show creation. However, you can't crop images.
The Photozig Web site requires you register with an e-mail address, but you'll be able to display your albums on the Web for free once you're signed up. If you're looking for a basic, no-frills album, it's hard to go wrong with Photozig.

"Cool program...Thought I could use it to add a photo album at my website."
Pros: Very nice design and easy to use...
Cons: I thought I could use it to add photo galleries to my existing website, but can not. This program only allows you to share your pictures if you use their website for that.

"Great program to organize photos + create slideshows, screensaver, web galleries"
Pros: This is a program to create digital albums, slideshows, and web galleries. You can download photos from your digital camera or use photos in your computer, edit, organize in clips, and even send to your friends and family. Everything in a single program.
The software is simple and easy to use. From any of its screen you can go back to another screen with a single click. The user interface is very nice, practical, and with easy access.
When you create slideshow clips from your digital albums, with titles and captions, you can choose the background music, slide time, transition, and even fix some image defects such as brightness, contrast, red-eye, and cropping. If you make any mistake, the program always keeps the original.
You can also send the pictures from your albums to your desktop by clicking on an image and selecting the Wallpaper option. Another possibility is to create an animated screensaver from your photos. It is also possible to print photos of an album in a single page.
There are some other advantages, such as send photos by email and publish your photos in a a personal web page. This service is free and included in the software, if you register with the publisher.
So why to use Photozig Albums? Instead of conventional folders to store images, the software has its own system with capabilities to catalog your photos and improve your experience with digital media. You can easily find a photo with Quick Find, categorize albums, tag photos, and filter/sort in different ways.
I really liked the built-in functions to publish photos in the internet (posting photos to my own personal home page) and send emails with photos.
Cons: Editing is not the strong point of Photozig. Professionals who are used to complex tools will feel that Photozig offers only basic operations. On the other hand, less experienced users will find it very easy to work with Photozig built-in tools such as red-eye removal, quick fixes, brightness/contrast adjustments, cropping, etc. In addition, advanced users can run their preferred editor from Photozig (the program allows to use an external editor).

"Lots of Great Features and Free"
Pros: The photo organizing features of the this program are amazing for a free software. Its operation is clean and simple.
I have been taking lots and lots of digital photos since I bought my third digital camera and I used to spend hours and hours to transfer and organize my photos before finding Photozig.
Now, I put the memory card in the reader, Photozig detects the card insertion, transfers the photos, and creates a photo album. With few clicks, I add a name and description to the album, and sometimes I tag some photos. The program keeps track of all this stuff.
I do have my own web site and I post web albums using Photozig (you can choose to send to the photozig web site or to your own site during the wizard step-by-step procedure).
Being able to handle hundreds of pictures quickly is a big plus of Photozig.

"Easy and fast photo organizer and share (web/email)"
Pros: This is a very friendly program to organize the photos in the desktop computer and share with friends using free online photo albums and email.
I really enjoy the user interface of this program. In the past, I used folders to store my pictures in the hard disk, but since I started using this program, I was surprised about how easy, efficient, and fast it is to organize the pictures using (Photozig) albums.
Comparing to similar programs, Photozig has more easy-to-use capabilities to tag photos, categorize albums, search for photos, and decide which photos to share with family and friends and which photos to keep for myself.
There are many functions in the program that I have not used so far, such as back up photos, organize songs, and other tools; but it is good to know that I have these capabilities when I need them.
Strong points of the program are the slideshows, free web services, wallpapers, and animated screensavers. There are also editing functions, but they are not really powerful as other editing programs. However, for my needs (I just want to transfer photos from my digital camera, organize in the computer, and share with friends) the built-in functions such as cropping, red-eye correction, brightness/contrast adjustments and others are plenty (I don't want to spend a lot of time touching photos).
In terms of speed, the program is extremely fast in different aspects: zooming, cropping, browsing photos, loading albums, and particularly uploading photos to the web. In fact this is the fastest upload that I have seen...
