Photobie integrates most useful features together and allows you to finish daily editing work within one environment. Now you can create your presentation images in few steps. Photobie supports most image format BMP, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PNG, icon as well as its own multi-layer image editing format. Photobie allows you to create high quality transparent GIF and Icon images.
Version 1.9.9 adds redo feature for layer operations, applies the filter to both the layer and the whole image, and enhances layer management.

Version: Photobie 1.9.9
Pros: This is a very impressive photo editor. Does a very fine job of coping/pasting but most of all it can conceal unwanted items out of the picture....
and PS ITS FREE!!!!
Cons: At first it seems a little difficult til you start messing with all the functions...then once you learn it your pics will look great!
