"product is decent...........tech support is awful"
Pros: The product does make a nice slideshow,however the burning feature does not work and the promised tech support refuses to answer
Cons: The burning feature does not work and the tech support that was promised is not available. Also ,when editing a photo, the edit does not show as updated and it's hard to know which photos you HAVE updated unless you shut down the file and reopen it. Only then do thechanges show as edited.
