"Very Easy to use and Fun!"

Pros
This program has one of the easiest to use interfaces I have seen for this type of program, making it a fast start and quick to get results for even a beginner. It does what is claims, and offers great results but keep original photo size small.
Cons
Larger images take forever to render, and can also crash the program. It just means cropping your original, or working with lower resolutions...which is fine considering the output that you are looking to get.
Summary
Just a fun and easy to use program without frills or complications, that can offer the user a terrific level of choices for the rendered output -- it is also a great tool for making sketches for websites, portraits, avatars, etc. I think with a bit of practice and imagination most users will want to keep this program close at hand. It is a great way of taking one of those old family or friend photos and really altering and surprising that person with the rendered product. If it is a very good result, you may even want to blow-up the sketch and print to a nice quality photo paper and frame it in a nice frame. Again, the caution is that original images that are too large will slow the rendering process to a crawl or even crash the program -- and I have more than 2 Gigabytes of memory and dual core processing...so the program itself has understandable limits. Work within those limits and you will be quite happy. I definitely recommend trying this.

As I said; It works well and does what it says it will do, given the limitations imposed by it's free status.
Cons
I would like to see a revision of the GUI - the thing looks like a postage stamp in the middle of my monitor - To the developer: Make the pictures bigger so a person can see some details. Also I would like to be able to use the arrow keys to increase or decrease the intensity of the output image.

it's a simply program that makes any image to sketch with simple clicks. It is good for those who want to impress people about what you can do with your images. ^_^

this standard version is limited and some features are not available and will require you to buy the full version
