"Brilliant product and even more brilliant support"

Pros
The program does exactly what it says it will do. It restored the whole of my (large) library on iTunes, including those I'd downloaded from my personal collection.
Not only that, I'd had to restore my laptop to factory settings this week, and needed to use the program again which was giving me a problem as I had obviously lost the software. The help and support I got from the company was second to none and I was guided through it extremely efficiently and pleasantly.Cons
