The manager shows the name of the currently selected game and some information about it (cartridge type and sizes of cartridge memory). The info popup displays: the time you played the game, emulation speed, and the power of the battery, as returned by the system. Phoinix also has the following features: a running game is continued after re-launching the emulator; game can be renamed (the clipboard is supported); button mapping; option to reset the game directly in the emulation; and more."

Version: Phoinix 1.2
"Great Emulator that lets you play those timely classics"
Pros: Excellent Emulator. It allows you to configure the controls, set the frame skip and boost and store multiple classic gameboy games.
Cons: Really Choppy on my Workpad c3. I tried turning down the frame skip but now it runs really slow. Screwed up my digitiser once or twice, but not really a problem

Summary: Overall this is a good Gameboy Emulator for the Palm. I'm running it on a Palm m125 and it works well, much better than gnuBoy for the PPC. All the features work, except I'm not getting any sound. It works when I play Lemmings so it is something to ... read more >>
