basically, everythin is wrong about it. WAY too slow, the popup and antispyware guards are always asleep, not very easy to use. Its no maxthon, infact, its no IE6

This is one handy, stylish IE shell. The whole interface of IE has been revamped, and it looks futuristic and engaging. There are many skins that make this browser distinct, adding sound and visual effects. If you want an interesting and unique experience, this does qualify, but...
Cons
...what is up with the spyware and adware? This used to be totally free, now they've added spyware to ruin your PC? What gives? The default skin looks nice, but it is too cluttered. And the speed leaves much to be desired. It is not much faster than IE. There are other IE shells out there, such as Avant browser, that actually increase the speed of IE while adding functionality, and are TOTALLY free. And don't forget the alternative browsers, like Firefox and Opera that are much faster. This shell is all show, but no performance. If you want a good IE shell, get Avant.

Summary
This is by far the best skin for IE I have tried, plus it adds tabbed capabilities to the browser and it has a feature that lets you preview pages when you hover your mouse over a tab. It's a great way to add pop up blocking features and extra capabilities to IE.
