Pros: It works, its very easy and its free. Very good job.
Cons: It supports (as it says) only some very popular formats. It should expand its range in order to be more popular.

Pros: This is really an attractive tool to convet your videos to 3GP format. I used it for this. you can customize the videos by their size, aspect ratio, and clipping and it makes it usefull.
Some users may get confused due to the wide range of options available.
I suggest them to let the Pazera do whatever it is going to. It'll give you great results.

However, more improvements are expected in future...
Cons: I like it all.
Just I don't like that it runs from the file in the zip folder and don't have setup for managed installation.
This can be good if created.
I'll like to make a setup for this...
However others should do it too.
Rest is ok...
