From Jacek Pazera :Pazera Free 3GP to AVI Converter is the freeware application which converts mobile phone video files (3GP and 3G2) into AVI or MPG (MPEG-1, MPEG-2). 3GP and 3G2 files are commonly used in the modern mobile phones, but they are not supported by Windows Media Player and other popular media players. To display 3GP/3G2 video you need to convert that file into more reliable format, such as AVI or MPG.
Version 1.2 includes new video codec - HuffYUV, new audio codec - PCM 16-bit, and adds support for additional FFmpeg command line parameters.

Version: Pazera Free 3GP to AVI Converter 1.2
Pros: Easy to set up and run. Converts the oddball FPS specs on Moto razr VE20 just great.
Cons: No install util. Had to extract all from the zip - not too difficult.
Summary: No clue where all the negative reviews come from. This worked for me just great both on XP and Vista. Tried many others - this is the one...

Pros: IT DOES WORK. I'VE NEVER HAD AN ERROR MESSAGE. I HAVE CONVERTED 3GP FROM MY BLACKBERRY TO AVI AND ACTUALLY WATCHED THE VIDEO IN WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER. FOR ME IS WORKING!!!!!!
Cons: AT FIRST I DIDN'T KNOW WHERE THE VIDEOS WERE AFTER THE CONVERSION BUT THEY SHOW UP AT THE MOBILES FILE ON THE PC.
