This application stores shortcuts to requisite Web sites and encrypts and evokes their subsequent passwords, though its security methods aren't specific.

PasswordSecure's basic button and data field dialog is easy to master. The utility makes it easy to manually insert URLs to your e-mail accounts and bank sites, or you can log in to the respective Web site and the program prompts you to store it. Each site listed has its own changeable icon and you can add a corresponding display name.

PasswordSecure shines when calling up saved Web sites. You merely double-click a stored shortcut, and the program immediately launches the site and fills in your information. The same goes for protected programs stored on your PC and credit card information.

The program's customary interface is, of course, password-protected and all of your sensitive data is encrypted. However, the publisher refers to the encryption simply as "U.S. military grade" without a better explanation. PasswordSecure is a basic but credible solution for recalling the numerous passwords most users must contend with these days.

"Crappy Interface"

Cons: They could have done a much better job with the clutsy, hard to use, non-intuitive interface.
